Construction of the Largest Incubation Factory in Iran
The technical-specialized team of Kosar Agricultural Mechanization and Industries Development Company successfully produced, installed, and launched 10 hatcher machines in less than 2 months.
According to the public relations and information office of Kosar Agricultural Investment Company, Dr. Seyed Saheb Mirpanahi, CEO of Kosar Agricultural Mechanization and Industries Development Company, announced this achievement during a ceremony honoring the personnel involved in this technical-executive operation. He stated, “This accomplishment is the result of expert and technical planning alongside optimal utilization of manpower and resources, relying on domestic capabilities and technical and specialized forces.”

He emphasized the value of systemic management in the installation and commissioning of the second phase of this factory, stating that the team at the company, through their continuous and round-the-clock efforts, managed to complete this major project in less than two months. This achievement heralds further success for Kosar Agricultural Mechanization and Industries Development Company.
Mirpanahi further explained that this factory, over the past few years, had installed 24 setter machines, with a production capacity of 24 million chicks per year. With the addition of these new incubation machines, the capacity will increase to 36 million chicks per year.
The CEO also highlighted that Fath Khoramdasht Agro-Industry Company is the main supporter of the production of smart Iranian incubation machines, effectively countering oppressive sanctions. He mentioned the signing of contracts for the production, installation, and commissioning of over 100 machines last year and declared the company’s full readiness for the modernization, optimization, smartening, and supply of parts and services needed for incubation factories nationwide.
During the meeting, the CEO of Fath Khoramdasht Agro-Industry Company also expressed appreciation for the improved quality and speed in constructing, installing, and commissioning the 10 hatcher machines added to the company’s production capacity. He announced the signing of a contract for the construction of 12 KAMID 576 setter machines, with a production capacity of 12 million chicks, with Kosar Agricultural Mechanization and Industries Development Company.
Molaei stated that they plan to build one of the largest incubation factories in Iran on the shores of the Persian Gulf next year, using KAMID machines produced by Kosar Agricultural Mechanization and Industries Development Company.
