History:

Kosar Agricultural Mechanization and Industries Development Company (Private Joint Stock) was established following a resolution of the annual ordinary general meeting on 17/09/2011, after changing the name and business activity of the Speed Industrial Factories Company (Private Joint Stock). Speed Industrial Factories, registered under No. 5880 on 22/12/1957 in the Tehran Directorate of Company Registration and Industrial Property, was founded under the operating license No. 247/43/19637, issued on 04/08/1962 by the Ministry of Industries and Mines. The company began its new activities after these changes.

Main Activity According to the Articles of Association:

According to the extraordinary general meeting resolution on 22/12/1987 , the company’s activity changed from industrial, production, and commercial operations in the field of hospital equipment, laboratory tools, and office supplies to the following:

– All agricultural operations, including animal husbandry, crop cultivation, horticulture, and fisheries
– Mechanization and technical and engineering consulting in agriculture, livestock, crop cultivation, horticulture, and environmental protection
– Greenhouse construction, processing of medicinal plants, designing informational websites, and creating databases (after obtaining necessary licenses)
– Manufacturing and distribution of machinery, social and statistical studies, organizing exhibitions, and providing services
– Management and supervision of orchards, health auditing services for facilities (after obtaining the required licenses)
– Distribution of raw animal products and related industries, including slaughterhouses, processing workshops, meat cutting and packaging (red and white meat), animal feed, poultry feed, sorting workshops, milk collection centers (after obtaining necessary licenses)
– Services such as washing, fur and wool processing, tanneries, cold storage for food industries, drying fertilizers, and leather manufacturing
– Health auditing services for related laboratories, livestock facilities, farms, poultry farms, aquaculture centers, and livestock markets (after obtaining required licenses)
– Investment and participation in agricultural and livestock production companies, poultry farms, aquaculture, providing consulting services, research in agriculture, and obtaining agencies and establishing branches domestically and internationally.
